Salary: $250,000 - $300,000 per year A bit about us: Am200 Law Firm seeks to add a Mid-Level Corporate Associate to their growing team! The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience with M&A transactions. Having a background with securities law, tech, and fund formation is a huge PLUS! Why join us? Billable hours: they do not have requirements, they have goals and they are individualized by practice group!
