Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments to identify the unique needs of patients, ensuring the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions using therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, and Psychotherapy in a virtual setting.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure an integrated approach to patient well-being.

• Provide immediate online support for families facing acute crises, using your skills to stabilize emotional situations and resolve conflicts via telecommunication methods.

• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans to monitor progress and make necessary modifications based on patient feedback and outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve supporting a diverse range of clients, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. As a therapist, you will be instrumental in building trusting relationships with clients and their families, fostering an environment of healing and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Valid and active state licensure as a LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in California.

• A minimum of three years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Proficient in utilizing telehealth software and various communication tools to deliver services effectively.
