Role Description The Regional Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Sykesville, MD. This position is responsible for managing sales activities within an assigned region, including identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing accounts, and achieving revenue and growth targets. The Regional Sales Manager will conduct regular customer meetings, deliver product presentations and demonstrations, prepare proposals and quotes, and negotiate contracts in alignment with company policies. The role includes close collaboration with internal teams such as operations, technical support, and marketing to ensure successful solution design, implementation, and customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve maintaining a strong sales pipeline, tracking market trends, participating in events or trade shows, providing accurate forecasts and reports, and representing WPS as a trusted advisor to customers in the parking and mobility sector. Qualifications Proven experience in regional or territory sales management, preferably in technology, SaaS, or parking/transportation-related solutions. Strong skills in business development, account management, and consultative selling, with the ability to build long-term client relationships. Competence in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and using CRM tools to track activities and opportunities. Ability to understand and communicate technical and cloud-based solution concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with clear written and verbal communication in en_US. Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to prioritize multiple opportunities and meet deadlines. Comfort with on-site customer visits, occasional travel within the region, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. Previous experience selling into sectors such as airports, hospitals, municipalities, or commercial real estate is a plus.
