Marketing Manager

About The Role The Marketing Manager owns integrated demand-generation and brand programs for a technology portfolio, translating product positioning into campaigns that increase qualified pipeline, adoption, and customer engagement. The role combines strategy with execution across paid media, lifecycle email, SEO/SEM, content, and social. You will partner with product marketing, sales, revenue operations, and creative teams to launch measurable programs and improve funnel performance. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across HubSpot or Marketo, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, email, organic search, and social media Build campaign briefs, messaging frameworks, landing pages, nurture workflows, and content calendars aligned to audience and funnel stage Define KPIs and manage reporting in GA4, Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent platforms, tracking conversion rates, CAC, MQLs, sourced pipeline, and revenue influence Optimize SEO and SEM programs through keyword research, technical content recommendations, paid search management, and ongoing performance analysis Run A/B tests across email subject lines, ad creative, landing pages, calls to action, and audience segments to improve conversion Coordinate writers, designers, agencies, and internal stakeholders to deliver campaign assets on schedule and within budget Present campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to marketing and cross-functional leadership What We Are Looking For 3-6 years of experience in B2B or B2C technology marketing, with demonstrated ownership of demand-generation, digital, or integrated campaigns Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, web analytics, and advertising platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, GA4, Google Ads, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, lifecycle marketing, paid social, content strategy, and conversion-rate optimization Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect channel performance to pipeline, revenue, CAC, and customer acquisition goals Excellent writing, editing, project-management, and stakeholder-communication skills across multiple concurrent campaigns Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Bonus: Experience with SaaS, developer-focused products, account-based marketing, Looker or Tableau, marketing attribution, and HTML/CSS for basic campaign updates #J-18808-Ljbffr
