The Big Picture

As our Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you'll help drive customer engagement and retention by developing and executing personalized lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and other owned channels. You'll own the end-to-end execution of campaigns, leveraging customer insights, segmentation, and automation to create meaningful experiences that strengthen customer relationships and support business growth across brands.

Working closely with Marketing, Product, Analytics, Creative, and Technology teams, you'll optimize customer journeys, test new ideas, and use data-driven insights to continuously improve campaign performance and customer lifetime value.

Location: This position will work onsite from our Corporate Office in Sandy Springs, GA, Monday-Friday.

What That Looks Like Day to Day:

• Develop and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and other owned channels.
• Build customer segments and personalized messaging that improve engagement, retention, and repeat purchases.
• Own campaign execution from planning and audience selection through deployment, reporting, and optimization.
• Design and maintain automated customer journeys that improve the customer experience and drive measurable results.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Analytics, Creative, and Engineering teams to launch campaigns and enhance customer experiences.
• Analyze campaign performance and leverage insights to continuously optimize messaging, timing, and audience targeting.
• Lead A/B testing initiatives to improve campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.
• Support the integration and optimization of marketing automation platforms, customer data, and lifecycle tools.
• Maintain strong data quality and troubleshoot campaign or platform issues as needed.
• Evaluate channel orchestration strategies to determine the optimal use of Email, SMS, and Push throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Stay informed on lifecycle marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our programs.

What You Bring:

• 3-5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, email marketing, or marketing automation, preferably within retail, e-commerce, or consumer brands.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Twilio Segment, Twilio SendGrid, Cordial, or other ESPs
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, marketing automation, A/B testing, and campaign performance reporting.
• Experience using customer data to optimize marketing campaigns and improve engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value.
• Working knowledge of CRM systems, customer data, and marketing technology integrations.
