The Company also provides mortgage financing and title services for homebuyers through its mortgage and title subsidiaries. D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Contract Administrator in the Main Office Department. The right candidate will administer all processes regarding sales contracts. Create and maintain files for sales contracts and process required documentation. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Obtain approval, upload and distribute all sales contractsObtain approval, upload and distribute all change orders and amendmentsMaintain, print and distribute Houses-in-Progress reportProcess all earnest money and option moneyUpload and process terminations/cancellationsMaintain organized system of tracking sales contractsMaintain calendar for sales management regarding time off for sales representativesAssist sales management with sales meetings and any special projects as neededAssist on-line sales and marketing assistant with MLS changes/updates when neededConducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the companyEducation and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Six months to one year of related experience and/or training Possess strong verbal and written communication skills Provide attention to detail and ability to multi-task Ability to work well within a team Proficiency with MS Office and email Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred Come join a winning team with a Fortune 500 company!
