As a Technical Recruiter you will be a career advisor to both new and existing candidates by providing insight into market intelligence and compensation expectations. This role will enable you to be creative, resourceful, and innovative as you network to enable technology professionals to have great career options. .We believe in autonomy and visibility, and someone who is open to change to effect better skills.
Our method is very personalized and focuses on relationships and great open communication. There should be focus and purpose in what you do each day as you build a personal brand through great hard work and detail. Requirements:
Will not be able to accept Visa transfer candidates at this time.
- 4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- 1-4 years of technical recruiting experience
- This is a full-time position (M-F)
- Sales Aptitude is a must
- Must be entrepreneurial in spirit and eager to learn the business, with a high level of energy and positivity for success.
