Our organization is in search of a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide care for patients at the hospital located in Farmington, Maine. The Nurse Practitioner will play a vital role in delivering primary care services, which encompass assessing, diagnosing, prescribing, treating, and educating patients. This position involves close collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals in a team-oriented environment. The selected candidate will also offer care in a nursing home setting, focusing on both post-acute and long-term care patients. The NP will work alongside a team of geriatricians and other advanced practice providers in a shared patient care model.

This role operates within partnered facilities, which include long-term care, assisted living, and skilled rehabilitation settings in Farmington, ME.

Essential Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program is required.

• While two years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner is preferred, it is not mandatory.

• A current license from the State of Maine or eligibility for licensure is necessary.

• Current BLS certification is required.
