OB/GYN Opportunities in Wisconsin and Michigan

Sanford Health - Marshfield Clinic is currently looking for exceptional BC/BE OB/GYN physicians to join our practice throughout our health system. We currently have openings in multiple locations within Wisconsin , and an opening in Iron Mountain, Michigan . Our clinic locations span over central, western and southern Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. These practices have well established patient panels as well as a robust CNM practice.

Weston, WI - You will be joining a supportive team of 4 OBGYN Physicians, 2 NPs, and 2 PAs to provide services to this growing market. Call 1:4. Monday - Friday 8:00 - 5:00 pm clinic schedule.

Marshfield, WI - This opportunity provides the option to work with medical students and has an outreach expectation. Clinic schedule is Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm seeing 12-16 patients per day. Call of 1:7. Modern up-to-date labor and delivery area. This location also has a Laborist position open.

Eau Claire, WI - This opportunity supports two patient communities: Eau Claire and Chippewa Falls, which are close together geographically. Clinic schedule Monday-Friday 8am-5pm seeing 10-15 patients per day. Call of 1:4 with variable/flexible call hours. Modern up-to-date labor and delivery area.

Minocqua, WI - This position will be at Minocqua's new state-of-the-art hospital, opened in June 2020 with a new labor & delivery center. Birthing center with private rooms for labor and delivery (LDRP). Dedicated C-section room for planned and urgent deliveries. Clinic-Hospital-ASC attached. Clinic schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm seeing 15-18 patients per day. Call is 1:4.

Iron Mountain, Michigan - You will be joining a close-knit group of 2 physicians and 2 APPs to provide services in this growing market with some outreach expectations. Clinic schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm seeing on average 20 patients a day. New hospital with large birthing suites.

We strongly encourage our physicians to be involved in medical education and research to continue building our strong foundation of patient care, research and education for years to come.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual compensation of $450,000 for a 1.0 FTE, dependent on the location
In addition, a $100,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
