Occupancy Specialist The Housing Authority of Newport’s Section 8 Department is seeking an Occupancy Specialist to conduct group and individual sessions with clients, administer program rules, complete required paperwork, calculate tenant rents, document client files, perform data input, and assist with occupancy matters. Responsibilities Conduct group and individual client sessions regarding program rules Execute all necessary paperwork for assistance Calculate tenant rents accurately Document and maintain client files Enter data into program databases Assist with various occupancy matters Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Excellent math skills Strong communication skills Previous experience in housing or social service programs is a plus Neighborhood Foundations is an Equal Housing Opportunity Agency and an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Newport Housing Authority
