Product Sales Executive, HR Solutions

Driving the adoption of innovative HR solutions, the full-time Product Sales Executive, HR Solutions will manage consultative software growth, engage with clients throughout the sales lifecycle, and deliver tailored product demonstrations in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Lead consultative software portfolio growth by partnering with Account Executives and guiding customers through the full sales lifecycle Prospect, qualify, and shape new business opportunities by conducting early discovery sessions to identify customer needs Deliver impactful product demonstrations to strategic stakeholders through both virtual and in-person engagements Required qualifications Proven understanding of HRIS tools through practical experience or sales of this software category At least 2 years of experience selling SaaS solutions or direct experience in the construction industry Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding strategic sales targets Strong presentation and influencing skills with an autonomous, entrepreneurial mindset Prior experience in the construction industry or dedicated SaaS sales experience is a plus
