Advertising & Sponsorship Sales Executive

Role Description The Advertising & Sponsorship Sales Executive is a full-time, remote position responsible for driving revenue across One America News and A Wealth of Entertainment through on-air, digital, live-read, and sponsorship advertising solutions.

The primary focus of this role is the development and sale of live reads, host integrations, sponsorships, and customized advertising packages that connect brands with our audiences in meaningful and engaging ways.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and prospecting new clients, managing a sales pipeline, developing relationships with brands, agencies, and businesses, and converting opportunities into long-term advertising partnerships.

Compensation $50,000 - $90,000 DOE with additional compensation for commissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new advertising and sponsorship clients through outbound sales, networking, referrals, and industry relationships.
• Sell live reads, host-read integrations, sponsorships, on-air advertising, and digital advertising solutions.
• Develop customized advertising and sponsorship packages based on individual client objectives, audiences, and budgets.
• Create compelling sales presentations, proposals, and media packages.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with advertisers, brands, agencies, and key decision-makers.
• Manage the sales pipeline from initial prospecting through negotiation, contract execution, and campaign completion.
• Negotiate advertising agreements and close new business while meeting or exceeding established revenue targets.
• Collaborate with marketing, programming, production, and other internal teams to develop and execute integrated advertising campaigns.
• Work with clients to communicate campaign performance, provide regular updates, and identify opportunities for optimization, renewal, and expansion.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue through new sponsorship concepts, branded integrations, and creative advertising solutions.
• Stay current on trends in broadcast media, digital advertising, sponsorships, audience engagement, and emerging advertising opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, client records, and pipeline activity.
