Job Title

Your responsibilities

You are the central contact person for our ShopperTrak customers and maintain relationships at all levels – especially at the executive level.

You actively drive the growth of our business and increase our market share.

You are responsible for the entire sales process: from identifying potential customers to qualifying opportunities and successfully closing – in close collaboration with internal teams.

You develop and present your sales plan to strategically identify and prioritize new business opportunities.

You ensure that all sales activities are in line with our overall sales strategy.

You create weekly forecasts and report them in the management meeting.

You manage your accounts and opportunities efficiently in the Salesforce CRM.

You offer our customers portfolio-wide solutions and ensure high customer satisfaction.

You understand the business strategy of your customers, advise on an equal footing, and place our solutions in a targeted manner.

Your profile

You have a completed university degree or a comparable professional training.

You have extensive experience in sales and/or in the management of customer relationships.

You have knowledge of sales and project management methods.

You can convincingly present and place our software-based premium solutions.

You speak fluent German and English.

Industry knowledge in retail and experience with leading retail brands are advantageous.
