Weekend Shift Electrical Assemblers Needed

Looking for a 3-day work week with competitive pay? We're actively hiring Electrical Assemblers for our Weekend Shift Team in Lexington and Natural Bridge, VA. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with electrical assembly or panel wiring experience who want a consistent schedule and long weekends during the week.

Weekend Shift Pay: $24.23/hour

Friday - Sunday

6:00 AM - 6:30 PM or 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM

What You'll Be Doing

• Assemble industrial electrical panels and control systems
• Perform wiring, component installation, and electrical connections
• Read and work from schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
• Install relays, breakers, PLCs, power supplies, and related components
• Inspect finished assemblies for quality and functionality
• Troubleshoot wiring and assembly issues as needed
• Follow safety and quality standards throughout the build process

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in electrical assembly, panel building, manufacturing, or a related field
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings and schematics
• Experience using hand tools and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Understanding of electrical safety practices

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Buena Vista, VA.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $25.23 - $25.73/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
