This full-time position offers the unique opportunity to provide virtual therapy to clients seeking support within our Detox Center setting. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for managing a minimum caseload of 25 clients, delivering high-quality therapeutic services that help improve their mental health and overall wellbeing.

We handle all administrative duties, including client marketing, insurance verification, billing, and compliance, allowing you to concentrate entirely on client care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide virtual psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals aged 18 and older dealing with substance use and mental health challenges.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy, to facilitate effective healing and growth.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely client records, documenting progress and treatment objectives in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Engage in regular supervision and consultation sessions to enhance clinical competencies and address any clinical challenges.

• Remain informed of current therapeutic practices and developments in social work, attending ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An active LCSW license to practice in the State of Arizona.
\n
• At least three years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience.
\n
• Professional malpractice insurance is required to ensure the highest safety standards for both you and your clients.

• Proficient in providing psychotherapy specifically for adult clients (18+).
\n
• Experience working with minority and diverse populations is highly valuable.

Preferred Experience\n

• A background in CBT and/or Psychodynamic Therapy approaches.

• Familiarity with the mental health needs of the LGBTQIA+ community.

• Experience addressing men's mental health issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
