Hybrid Business Analyst (NO THIRD PARTIES)

Overview Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a 6‑month implementation initiative. This role is critical to ensuring successful delivery within a SAFe® Agile environment , partnering across business and technology teams to translate complex requirements into scalable, high‑value solutions. You’ll play a key role in aligning business objectives with technical execution–particularly across ServiceNow initiatives and enhancements . Key Responsibilities Translate business needs into epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria Support and facilitate Agile ceremonies , including backlog refinement and sprint planning Partner with Product Owners, Developers, QA, Architects, and ServiceNow platform teams Manage and prioritize product backlogs to maximize business value Identify and coordinate cross‑team dependencies across Agile Release Trains (ARTs) Track delivery using Agile and LPM metrics (velocity, cycle time, predictability) Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels Support ServiceNow requirements, enhancements, and implementation activities Drive process improvement through documentation of current and future state workflows Lead demos, UAT support, and post‑implementation reviews What We’re Looking For Strong ability to translate ambiguity into actionable requirements Experience working in SAFe® or scaled Agile environments Collaborative mindset with experience working across technical and business teams Proven ability to drive outcomes tied to business value Highly organized with strong backlog management and prioritization skills Excellent communication skills with both technical teams and executive stakeholders Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst 2+ years of experience in SAFe® or scaled Agile environments Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder engagement Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
