Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to understand their mental health needs and to formulate appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.

• Provide therapeutic support through individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based interventions to foster personal insight, healing, and growth.

• Collaboratively set therapeutic goals with clients and continuously monitor and document their progress within the appropriate ethical guidelines.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients facing mobility challenges or those who prefer remote counseling options, ensuring access to quality care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our diverse client population includes individuals, couples, families, and children from various cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds. As a therapist at Accessible Care Wellness, you will have the opportunity to work with clients who may be facing issues related to trauma, grief, relationship dynamics, addiction, and mental health disorders. We particularly welcome clinicians experienced in serving clients of color and LGBTQIA communities, ensuring that our services are equitable and culturally sensitive.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) license issued by the state of California.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
