As an Account Executive you will...
- Develop a NET NEW book of clients through strategies including high volume outbound outreach - cold calling, email, and LinkedIn Outreach while leveraging our extensive collection of tools and resources.
- Engage with a diverse audience of talent professionals, fostering two-way communication and building lasting relationships.
- Identify industry opportunities, issues, and trends to keep Mondo at the innovation forefront.
- Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating urgency and a hands-on approach.
- Mindset: Embrace continuous learning and view challenges as opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Attitude & Action: Showcase a proactive, solution-oriented attitude, contributing to our culture of collective growth.

- Annual salary plus uncapped commission & bonus incentives. Base salary range: 60-85k
- 401k, dental, medical, vision, company-paid holidays, paid time off, and Mondo's FUEL program for reimbursements on certain wellness expenses.
- Adherence to local laws regarding public health emergencies and paid sick leave.
