What You Will Do
  • Drive sales growth by identifying and engaging potential clients in the B2B sector.
  • Utilize HubSpot to manage the sales pipeline and track customer interactions effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of AI robotics.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and inform sales strategies.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Ideal Candidate Background
  • 3-10 years of experience in sales, preferably within the technology or manufacturing sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a B2B environment.
  • Strong proficiency in using HubSpot or similar CRM tools to manage sales activities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid team environment while maintaining individual accountability.
Preferred
  • Experience in robotics, logistics, or manufacturing industries is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and their applications in business operations.
  • A strong network of contacts within the target market to leverage for sales opportunities.
Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this role ranges from $90K to $115K, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and professional growth.
