In this fast-paced role, you’ll expedite high-priority guest requests, make quick decisions, and ensure every interaction delivers VIP-level service. THE DAY-TO-DAY Guest Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with high-value players by delivering personalized service and memorable experiences. Business Growth & Client Acquisition: Proactively seek out and develop new casino clientele to grow the property's player base and drive revenue. Incentive Delivery: Execute guest incentives—including comps, special offers, and exclusive access—to reward loyalty and drive continued visitation. On-Property Support & Events: Collaborate with internal teams to elevate the guest experience on property and represent the brand at key events and activations. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s incentive plan.
