Senior FP&A Manager

NXTGEN is partnering with a high-growth AI healthcare business to recruit a Senior FP&A Manager. Senior FP&A Manager, Senior FP&A Manager, Senior FP&A Manager.

Having grown from around 30 employees to over 140 in less than a year following a significant funding round, the business is entering its next phase of growth and is forecast to more than double in size again over the next 12 months. This is an opportunity to join at a pivotal stage, helping to build the financial infrastructure, planning processes and reporting capabilities required to support that growth. Working closely with the Head of Finance and leadership team, you'll play a key role in shaping financial strategy, driving decision-making and establishing scalable FP&A processes across the business.

The Role

This is a highly visible position with responsibility for owning and developing the company's forecasting and planning processes, whilst acting as a trusted finance partner to senior stakeholders across the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Owning the forecasting process across revenue, operating expenditure, headcount and cash
• Leading monthly, quarterly and annual planning cycles
• Developing and enhancing financial models to support strategic decision-making
• Partnering with leaders across commercial, product, engineering and corporate functions
• Producing board and executive reporting, delivering meaningful insights and recommendations
• Supporting capital allocation decisions through scenario modelling and financial analysis
• Driving improvements in financial reporting, planning processes and operational efficiency
• Supporting the implementation and development of FP&A systems and planning tools
• Contributing to the longer-term development of the FP&A function as the business continues to scale

About You

We're keen to speak with individuals who combine strong FP&A and strategic finance capability with experience operating in high-growth technology environments.

You'll ideally bring:

• 7+ years' experience across FP&A, Strategic Finance, Corporate Finance or a related discipline
• Experience within a SaaS, technology or high-growth environment
• Strong financial modelling, forecasting and planning expertise
• Experience partnering with senior business leaders and influencing decision-making
• Exposure to board, executive or investor reporting
• Experience working with planning tools such as Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive Planning or similar
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate complex financial information into actionable insights
• Previous management or leadership experience would be advantageous
