Administrative Coordinator Royal Plus, INC. is a fast-growing restoration company specializing in water mitigation, fire losses, general contracting, and disaster clean-up. We work closely with homeowners, insurance carriers, and adjusters to restore properties efficiently and professionally. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Coordinator with strong Accounts Receivable experience to join our team. Position Overview: The Administrative Coordinator plays a key role in supporting our claims and accounting departments. This position requires someone who is highly organized, comfortable working with numbers, and experienced in handling invoicing, collections, and insurance-related documentation. This is an entry-level position. Key Responsibilities: Process and track invoices related to insurance claims and renovation projects Post payments and follow up on outstanding balances Communicate with insurance companies, adjusters, and customers regarding claim status and billing Claims Coordination: answer multi-line phone system, dispatch new losses, and schedule services. Maintain accurate and up-to-date job files and documentation Support team members from all departments Ensure compliance with company processes and insurance requirements Qualifications: 2+ years of Administrative Assistant and Accounts Receivable experience Experience in restoration, construction, or insurance claims and/or medical billing (preferred) Strong understanding of invoicing, collections, and payment processing Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and QuickBooks experience a must. Excellent communication and customer service skills Must be able to type 50+wpm Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment XactAnalysis, Symbility and other Restoration TPA experience a plus!
