We are a key engine that propels Xero forward, delivering impactful outcomes and driving sustainable growth.How you'll make an impact:The P3 team exists to make sure that the people, processes, and priorities are in place to accelerate the delivery of the key cross functional strategic objectives.We deploy the best Program and Project practices to effectively prioritize, plan, monitor, and propel the execution of our strategic objectives.As a Senior Project Manager you'll be empowered to lead complex initiatives that underpin Xero's strategic objectives, navigate ambiguity, and drive impactful outcomes for Xero's most important work. You'll partner closely with cross-functional teams, such as Product, Go-To-Market and People providing expert guidance and operational excellence to ensure execution is seamless and accelerate the achievement of company OKRs.
