Student Success Specialist – College of Law The James E. Rogers College of Law invites you to apply for the role of Student Success Specialist. Overview In this position you support academic success and bar exam preparation programs for law students and graduates. Responsibilities include individual counseling, program design, workshops, and data reporting. Duties & Responsibilities Provide one‑on‑one academic counseling and advising. Develop and deliver workshops on legal analysis, issue spotting, outlining, and exam writing. Coordinate and administer bar exam success programming and support. Track engagement, progress, and maintain records for accreditation. Collaborate with college‑wide student services, assistant registrars, faculty, and other partners. Provide supervision of student workers. Perform data reporting and maintain official records for ABA accreditation purposes. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced learning. Minimum of five years of relevant work experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Preferred Qualifications Juris Doctor degree from an ABA‑accredited law school. Bar passage by examination in any U.S. jurisdiction. Experience in bar exam success programs and/or law school academic support.
