Develop and implement creative recruiting strategies to attract candidates from diverse backgrounds. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs and requirements for each position. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews. Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates for future job openings. At least 3 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in the engineering field. Strong understanding of engineering roles and skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
