Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with a strong background in hiring Software Engineers, Data and AI/ML Engineers (other tech skills) across modern technology stacks. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of agency recruiting experience and corporate/in-house tech recruiting expertise, with the ability to manage full-cycle recruitment and partner closely with hiring managers to attract top technical talent.

This role requires hands-on experience recruiting for engineering roles involving technologies such as Databricks, AWS, Java, AI/ML, and cloud-based platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for Software Engineering and AI/ML positions
• Source, screen, and qualify candidates for technical roles across multiple skill sets and seniority levels
• Recruit for technologies including Databricks, AWS, Java, AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, and software engineering
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, technical requirements, and team goals
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and talent pipelines
• Conduct recruiter screenings and assess candidate technical alignment, communication skills, and cultural fit
• Coordinate interview processes and maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the hiring lifecycle
• Track recruiting metrics, pipeline activity, and hiring progress using ATS and recruiting tools
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future engineering hiring needs
• Ensure a positive candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the recruitment process

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting
• Proven experience recruiting Software Engineers and AI/ML Engineers
• Hands-on recruiting experience for technologies such as Databricks, AWS, Java, AI/ML, and cloud technologies
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting
• Strong sourcing and talent identification skills using LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms
• Ability to partner effectively with technical hiring managers and stakeholders
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in corporate/in-house technical recruiting required or highly preferred
• Familiarity with recruiting for cloud, data engineering, AI, and software development environments
• Experience using ATS and recruiting CRM platforms
