Mixer-AM & PM Shift

Lone Star Bakery Mixer Opportunity Lone Star Bakery, Inc. is a family-owned, fast-paced, manufacturing business currently looking for Mixers to support our mission in providing superior customer service as we continue our history in the baking! Additional $1/hr for shift differential for PM shift. Job Duties and Responsibilities Reviews daily production schedule and verifies total number of batches to be produced. Matches raw materials issued to the floor against formula and kit worksheets. Inspects all ingredient containers, bags, and boxes for loose or foreign materials. Ensures that ingredients are appropriately scaled and mixed according to customer specifications. Informs superiors of any product/ingredient issues. Seals and properly returns all partially used ingredients to the warehouse. Completes required paperwork accurately and legibly. Job Requirements, Education, & Certifications Strong math skills, with an understanding of weights, measurements, and conversions. Ability to read, write, and speak English. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to be on feet all day and perform walking, stooping, and bending functions as required. Steel toed/slip-resistant shoes required.
