We are looking for a Service Manager/Advisor who is pleasant, driven, and career minded. Our customers are our top priority, so we want someone who is people oriented, enjoys selling, solving problems, and making people happy. We are a busy family owned shop with a great team. We have a happy, clean, and organized work environment.
We love honest, self motivated, energetic people who want to work for the best and be the best! We are a drama free shop that appreciates your hard work and commitment, with excellent pay and benefits.
We are looking for someone who is solution oriented and wants to grow with our successful team. Must be able to lead and manage a team of automotive service technicians and support staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Strong automotive diagnostics and mechanical knowledge
- Proven experience in vehicle maintenance and service writing
- Excellent communication, customer service and sales skills
- Familiarity with auto estimating and automotive repair processes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $78,307 - $118,954 per year
