• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong assessment and intervention skills for speech, language, and communication disorders
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students
• Deliver direct and consultative services, both individually and in groups
• Participate in IEP meetings and work closely with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and progress reports
• Educate and support teachers and families regarding student needs and therapy techniques
• Adapt interventions as needed to align with each student’s unique abilities
