• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP license for practice in Alabama
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship status
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but strong clinical backgrounds are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adjust approaches to suit diverse student needs and backgrounds

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assessments to determine students’ speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for eligible students
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services according to IEP goals

• Maintain timely records of evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress reports
• Provide guidance and resources to classroom staff to promote communication development
• Participate in IEP meetings, staff training, and parent conferences as needed
