• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state SLP licensure and required certifications (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience in school-based settings is highly valued
• Strong communication and collaborative skills to work effectively with staff, students, and families
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Knowledge of current best practices in speech and language interventions

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
• Develop and deliver tailored therapy sessions, both individually and in groups
• Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, families, and other specialists to ensure integrated student support
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Maintain accurate case notes, progress records, and provide input for IEP meetings
• Provide consultative support and professional guidance to educational staff
