Work Environment

The clinic operates with a collaborative and friendly environment where communication is encouraged. You will be working onsite in our state-of-the-art outpatient office, equipped with modern facilities and advanced rehabilitation equipment. Our typical work week runs Monday through Friday, with set hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while delivering exemplary patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Treat 1 to 2 patients per hour, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to individual recovery pathways.
• Design and implement personalized rehabilitation plans based on comprehensive assessments and continual evaluations of patient progress.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient care and treatment outcomes using our advanced Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to enhance treatment plans and outcomes.
• Provide education and support to patients regarding recovery techniques, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a physical therapist at On Point Rehab Center, you will primarily focus on treating patients with orthopedic conditions. Our clientele includes individuals recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain, and other musculoskeletal disorders. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Possession of a valid California Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one.

• Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to patient engagement and education.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is preferred, showcasing your ability to work within a team and independently.

Compensation and Benefits

In recognition of your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
