General Manager – Charleston, SC
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for hospitality? We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee operations at a high-energy, fast-casual restaurant in Charleston, SC. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing brand and make a lasting impact in one of Charleston’s most vibrant dining scenes.
What We Offer:
Base Salary: $60,000 – $65,000
Bonus Program based on performance

What You’ll Do:
Lead daily operations to ensure an outstanding guest experience
Train, develop, and inspire a high-performing team
Maintain high standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness
Manage financial performance, including labor and cost controls
Foster a positive, team-oriented culture that reflects the spirit of Charleston
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of restaurant management experience
Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams
Strong financial acumen and P&L management skills
Passion for hospitality and a hands-on leadership style
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
