Senior Manager, Supply Chain Management

Position Summary Manage end‑to‑end supply chain processes, ensuring efficient merchandise flow through the distribution network and fulfillment centers. Resolve daily issues, analyze data to improve network efficiencies, and provide data for supplier compliance. Research root causes of shipping, receiving, inventory, and return exceptions, conduct performance reviews of merchandising, distribution centers, and suppliers, and oversee relationships with external partners. Key Responsibilities Lead field‑level direction, supervise liaison for the field, communicate operational expectations to suppliers and transporters. Direct supply chain flow process improvement, design and deliver new working methods, prioritize product flow plan objectives, and manage error correction processes. Drive execution of business plans and projects: develop priorities, remove barriers, measure progress, and adjust performance for continuous improvement. Supervise and develop associates: select and train, mentor, assign duties, build a team‑based environment, and conduct performance evaluations. Promote company policies, procedures, and ethics: train staff, ensure compliance, and support open‑door communication. Evaluate business effectiveness, seek efficiency improvements, and support community outreach events. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 4 years of experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area; or 6 years of experience in the same area. 2 years of experience with advanced Microsoft Office functionality. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Dispatch, Fleet Management, Network Analysis, Retail Logistics Operations. Master’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain. Project Management Professional (PMP) or Six Sigma certification. Compensation & Benefits Annual salary range: $90,000.00‑$180,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and stock options. Health benefits: medical, vision, and dental coverage.
