Logistics Manager - Dedicated Transportation

Logistics Manager Temple, TX – Immediate opening in the Supply Chain Solutions division. Compensation Annual salary: $80,000–$84,000 plus up to 10% bonus. Hourly schedule: 8:00pm–5:00am, Monday–Friday. Responsibilities Manage all activities for efficient operation of assigned accounts. Negotiate with suppliers, create customer quotes and process invoices. Conduct P&L analysis, ensuring profitability and reporting to senior management. Handle payroll, accounts payable, and vendor quotes. Lead and develop both salaried and hourly employees, resolving performance issues. Run safety & security meetings, deliver training and enforce compliance. Collaborate with senior management and customers to align expectations. Perform other duties as assigned; maintain a flexible schedule across shifts. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred. Minimum 3 years experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related industry. Minimum 2 years managing and leading direct reports. Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Advanced knowledge of transportation and/or warehouse logistics operations. Advanced knowledge of safety and security requirements.
