Job Description

Provides administrative and operational support to department by performing duties and tasks which facilitate effective operations and customer service for employee benefits, integrated absence and retirement.

Education And Credentials

Associates degree required.

Experience

Experience working in an office environment with heavy computer work, answering phones, emails, mail, etc. required. Customer Service experience assisting employees in providing information and answering questions required. Microsoft Office Products and HRIS Systems Proficiency using Word and Excel required. HRIS Data Systems-Familiarity with using HRIS data systems preferred. 2 years of experience in Employee Benefits, Human Resources preferred.
