If our mission resonates with your passion, we look forward to your application You will be a great fit if you have experience similar to: Aligns business objectives with employees and management for the designated business function to attract, develop and retain employees. Serves as a trusted dedicated consultant/advisor to employees, management and senior leaders on HR related issues. Acts as an employee advocate and change agent by proactively assessing the client’s HR‑related needs and providing efficient and timely resolution. Maintains an effective level of business literacy about the client and the business’s financial position, mid/long‑term goals, objectives, culture, and performance. Leads talent management efforts, including workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, and employee development, to ensure a pipeline of top talent and a high‑performing organization. Conducts thorough and impartial investigations into employee complaints, allegations of misconduct, discrimination, harassment, and other workplace issues, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies. Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with all pillars of HR to develop solutions, programs, and policies. Collaborates with HR colleagues and other functions to deliver integrated HR solutions and ensure alignment with broader business objectives. This includes international colleagues/counterparts to ensure alignment of HR initiatives, knowledge sharing and best practices. Occasional travel within the United States and international travel may be required as needed. May provide training, coaching, and mentoring to local HR support when applicable. What we expect of you To be considered, you will need: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field and/or minimum 5 years equivalent progressive Human Resources experience; MHRM or MBA preferred Must be proficient in English; proficiency in Spanish a plus. HM.CLAUSE offers a strong compensation and benefits package to its employees: Competitive salary This position’s range is $85,000 - $95,000 Our total compensation and pay ranges reflect our market pay structures. As such, individual salaries or hourly rates are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: local geographical market conditions, internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as job related skills, education, and experience.
