Associate Attorney - Commercial Litigation Salary: $235,000 - $310,000 per year Location: New York, New York Relocation Assistance: Available Responsibilities: Prepare to assume significant responsibility in the management of matters, and to take on a front-facing role with clients, opposing counsel, and courts. Judicial clerkship experience is preferred. Excellent academic credentials from a top law school, and strong writing and analytical skills are required. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited top law school is required. Bar membership, active and in good standing, in New York is also required. Prior experience working for an AmLaw 200 Law Firm. Qualifications: A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited top 50 law school is required.
