Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, leading to the development of individualized treatment plans that align with their specific therapeutic goals.

• Provide teletherapy services for clients who may find it challenging to attend in-person sessions, ensuring accessibility and continuity in care.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and client progress, adhering to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through training opportunities, workshops, and peer supervision, ensuring that your clinical skills remain current and effective.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a safe therapeutic atmosphere where clients feel comfortable expressing themselves.

• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude that builds trust and rapport with clients.

• Effective organizational and time-management skills to handle administrative responsibilities while managing a caseload.

• Attractive yearly compensation ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 104,000, based on your experience and caseload.
