About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with strong Excel skills to support data entry, reporting, and daily office operations.

Responsibilities

Enter and maintain data in Excel and internal systems
Create and update reports (sorting, filtering, basic formulas)
Review data for accuracy and correct errors
Track orders, inventory, or production data
Organize files and assist with general admin tasks

Qualifications

Data entry experience
Strong Microsoft Excel skills (SUM, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP preferred)
High attention to detail and organization
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
