Benefits: Medical insurance 50% employer paid Dental insurance; HMO and PPO options Vision insurance 100% employer paid Paid time off 6 paid holidays annually 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions Other insurance benefits available Position Overview: Residential and light commercial retrofit / changeout installs Installations include ducted and ductless equipment Installing Gas Pipe Installing Refrigeration Pipe Read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints Test and balance systems Consult with customer on equipment and indoor air quality accessories Qualifications: Valid driver's licenses and insurable driving record EPA Universal Certification 2 + years of HVAC Installation experience Proficient in all HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems Proficient understanding of refrigerant, gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, troubleshooting and installation of all residential and light commercial systems General knowledge in all HVAC low voltage systems Obtain all Installer based NATE Certifications and keep status current Ability to test and balance systems High school diploma or its equivalent Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
