Strategic HRBP for Growth & People Ops

Stoke Space is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to help drive people strategy across our Nova team as we build a rapidly reusable rocket. You will work across the full employee lifecycle from planning to performance, coaching, and org development. This hands-on role requires balancing strategic direction with practical execution, partnering with leaders on compensation, talent planning, and organizational changes while upholding Stoke values and ITAR compliance. #J-18808-Ljbffr Stoke Space
