Senior Manager, Commercial Data & Insights

Senior Manager role managing commercial data products and strategy within Johnson & Johnson's MedTech AI-powered customer experience platform. Responsibilities include defining product vision, roadmap, data specifications, and driving adoption across cross-functional teams in Raritan, NJ or other New Jersey, Pennsylvania, or Florida locations.
Responsibilities
- Own product vision, roadmap, and prioritization for assigned commercial data products
- Define success metrics and measure product adoption, quality, and business value delivery
- Specify data models, elements, attributes, hierarchies, and business rules with clear requirements
- Build go-to-market plans including documentation, training, and enablement strategies
- Act as product evangelist and partner with teams to drive adoption and iterate based on feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in technical or business field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years in digital product management, data product management, or commercial operations
- Strong product fundamentals: discovery, roadmapping, prioritization, and stakeholder management
- Understanding of commercial data domains or ability to learn quickly
- Experience defining requirements and managing cross-functional technical teams
- Data-driven mindset with ability to define and measure KPIs
- Familiarity with CRM/CXM platforms, master data management, or data governance
Compensation: $122,000 - $211,025 base
