Care Promoter: Patient Care & Health Coach

ChenMed in Miami is seeking a Care Promoter 1, Early Embrace to support both administrative and clinical duties under physician supervision. You will assist with patient intake, vital signs, and routine exams while coordinating care with PCPs and clinicians. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1 year experience in a medical support role, and BLS certification.
