Pain Management Clinical Pharmacy Specialist

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, East Orange NJ campus, seeks a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist (Pain Management) to provide expert pharmacotherapy guidance and oversight in pain management across clinical teams. You will monitor drug utilization, design therapeutic plans, educate staff, and participate in interdisciplinary rounds to optimize patient outcomes and medication safety.
