Product Designer For Fintech Team

Our design team is responsible for diagnosing client needs and delivering the best experience for users. As a product designer for the fintech team, you will work on one of the most strategic products for the business—closely monitoring metrics such as churn, GPV, and funnel conversion—and will be responsible for raising hypotheses and solutions together with the product, technology, and business teams, testing them quickly, and ensuring the quality and direction of the product, acting as a strategic partnership.

The size of your challenge

• Work side by side with product and technology in defining strategy and prioritization, questioning decisions based on data and technical arguments;
• Plan and execute discovery to understand real customer needs, including defining research strategy;
• Design excellence solutions and simple flows that help solve complex problems of users and business;
• Design new functionalities or products, from ideation to the final interface, with iterations based on business metrics (churn, GPV, funnel conversion);
• Improve the functionalities of existing products through data analysis, user interviews, and usability tests;
• Ensure consistent experiences across different products and tools of the user.

What we are looking for

• Product ownership: experience with data and user evidence participating in the definition of what, why, and how to build;
• Analytical depth: from data to decision (churn, GPV, funnel); able to analyze business or user data to generate hypotheses and make decisions;
• Protagonism: a profile that questions, influences, and argues with own points of view in product decisions;
• Communication and synthesis: ability to communicate assertively about the problem, decision, and impact, both with the team and with stakeholders;
• UI quality: mastery of Figma, design systems, and low and high fidelity prototyping, with a high standard of visual refinement;
• Research autonomy: experience defining strategy, conducting interviews, usability tests, and synthesizing insights;
• Technical vision: ability to evaluate the technical feasibility of solutions together with engineering and product to generate quick value;
• Critical use of AI: experience supporting in data analysis, research scripts, and prototyping, with a critical sense about the results.

Differentials

• Experience in financial or credit products;
• Experience in e-commerce companies, fintechs, or platforms for SMEs;
• Knowledge of UX Writing;
• Conversational Spanish (relevant for expansion in Argentina).
