About the Role:
Palm Beach Tan is looking for a driven and experienced District Manager to lead teams across the Oklahoma City area! This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by inspiring teams, driving sales performance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience across multiple locations.   Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple Palm Beach Tan salon locations within the district
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop salon managers and team members to meet performance goals
• Foster a positive, high-energy team culture focused on customer satisfaction and retention 
• Drive district-wide membership goals, sales growth, and revenue targets
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement
• Ensure brand standards, compliance, and customer service excellence are consistently upheld
• Conduct regular store visits, performance reviews, and operational audits
• Collaborate with regional leadership to implement company initiatives and promotional strategies

Requirements:

• 3+ years of multi-unit retail or salon management experience
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals and KPIs
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in retail operations, technology, and competent with Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Ability to travel regularly between locations within the district
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused mindset
