Documentation Analyst Sr.

Position Overview Documentation Analyst Sr. (non‑management exempt) at Elevance Health, supporting the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) and Georgia Housing Voucher (GHV) Program. The role requires 1‑2 days per week in the office (Georgia residency strongly preferred) with general business hours Monday through Friday. Hybrid work is encouraged; employees must be within a reasonable commuting distance of an office location. Responsibilities Research, extrapolate, compile, and validate data on flows, systems, coding, testing problems and processing issues. Make recommendations for process changes and work with management to obtain sign‑off and implement. Develop and update flows and end‑user documentation based on research and system changes. Facilitate issues meetings and assist in managing the intranet site by uploading procedures and maintaining a daily bulletin. Provide administrative support for DBHDD and GHV program activities. Receive, research and respond to landlord (LL) inquiries related to rent payments and payment processing. Collaborate with internal teams, landlords, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and support successful program operations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; 3‑5 years related experience, at least 2 years in documentation (or equivalent combination of education and experience). Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, customer service aptitude, ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining compliance with program guidelines and contractual requirements. Knowledge and experience of DBHDD strongly preferred. Experience with housing voucher programs preferred. Knowledge of behavioral health (mental health) helpful.
