Construction Bookkeeper/Contract Admin (temp to hire) Location: Dublin, California (onsite) Salary: USD 70,000 - 75,000 per year Overview: Established and growing construction firm in Dublin, CA is seeking to add a Construction Bookkeeper/Contract Admin to their team. This is 100% onsite in Dublin, CA and a strong temp-to-hire role. DOE Responsibilities: Maintain construction project accounting records and assist with project documentation Process accounts payable and receivable, payroll (including union and certified payroll), and change orders Support Project Managers with liens, waivers, and related documentation Assist with basic billing and contractor administration Prepare reports and maintain Excel spreadsheets Qualifications: AA or BS in Business or related field; 3+ years of experience (a degree is a plus) Must have recent hands-on construction industry bookkeeping/accounting or contract admin experience Experience with Union Payroll, Certified Payroll, basic billing, change orders, and project-support activities; some training will be provided Intermediate Excel skills Onsite work in Dublin, CA How to apply: Submit your resume through the provided channel.
