CNC Set-Up Operators 1st / 2nd shifts

Our client is looking for 2 experienced CNC Set-Up Operators to join their team. In this role, you'll set up CNC machines, inspect parts for quality, troubleshoot issues, and help keep production running efficiently.

Location: Nashua, NH

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Shifts: 1st: 7am-3:30pm | 2nd: 3:30pm-12:00am

Pay: $25-$28/hour (depends on experience & shift)

Key Responsibilities

• Set up CNC machines using blueprints and work instructions
• Select and install tooling, fixtures, and machine components
• Perform first-piece inspections and quality checks
• Monitor production and make adjustments as needed
• Use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
• Troubleshoot machine and production issues
• Train and assist machine operators after setups are completed
• Follow all safety and quality standards

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC machining experience
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience using measuring tools, including:
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Must pass a background check and drug screening (THC excluded)
